Viktor 4 – alias Bulgar Time – lived his life in his boat on Amstel river, Amsterdam.
In the late sixties he started to make “Lokbook Pages” with ink, watercolour, collage
and typed text. All pages bear stamps indicating the exact date and marking in big numeral
the number of the month since Viktors birth as an artist, which he considered to be April 4th 1964
He started the “Logbooks pages” in spring 1969.
